Who is responsible

What we collect

• When you send a request or set an alert: your name (optional), phone number and/or email address, the route, dates, number of passengers and your message.
• When you write to us on WhatsApp: your phone number, WhatsApp name and the messages you send.
• Technical data: the server keeps standard logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security.
• On your device only: the flights you save and the details you typed in a form are kept in your browser’s local storage so you don’t have to type them again. They are not sent to us; clearing your browser data removes them.

We do not ask for payment details: you pay the operator directly.

Why we use it

• To answer your request and arrange the flight with the operator (steps taken at your request before a contract).
• To send you the alerts you asked for (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
• To keep the website secure and prevent abuse (our legitimate interest).

Who we share it with

• The operator of the flight you ask about: only what it needs to quote and operate the flight (names, contact, passengers).
• Our technical providers: website hosting and email.
• WhatsApp (Meta), when you choose to contact us there, under WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.
• Google Fonts: the website loads its typefaces from Google, which receives your IP address when a page is displayed.

We never sell your data and we do not use advertising trackers. Some of these providers may process data outside your country; when that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Requests: up to 3 years after our last contact with you. Alerts: until you stop them. Server logs: up to 12 months.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to receive a copy of it, to restrict or object to its use, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to contact@valuaireflyprivate.com; we reply within one month. You can also complain to your data-protection authority.

Cookies

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. The website uses your browser’s local storage for saved flights, as explained above. WordPress sets technical cookies only for site administrators who log in.

Children

Requests must be made by an adult. Minors travel under the responsibility of the adult who books.

Changes

We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version.
