Terms & booking conditions

1. Scope

These terms apply to the use of valuaireflyprivate.local and to every booking request sent through it. By sending a request you accept them. The flight itself is also governed by the conditions of the operator, which you receive with its confirmation.

2. How a booking works

1. You choose an empty leg and send a request (on the website or on WhatsApp). Sending a request is free and does not commit you.
2. We check availability with the operator and reply, usually within minutes during the day.
3. The operator confirms the aircraft, the time, the final price and anything extra, in writing, before you pay.
4. You accept and pay the operator directly, using the payment method it indicates. Valuaireflyprivate does not take payment through this website.

The booking is final only once the operator has confirmed it and received your payment.

3. What makes an empty leg different

An empty leg is the positioning flight of another charter. Its date and time depend on that original charter, so the departure time can move slightly, and the flight can be cancelled if the original charter changes. If that happens we tell you at once and try to find you another flight. If the operator cancels a confirmed flight, any amount you paid is refunded in full.

4. Price

Prices are in US dollars, for the whole aircraft, up to the number of seats shown. Unless the operator says otherwise, they include the crew, fuel, and airport and landing fees. Catering, ground transport, de-icing and some international taxes can vary: any extra is shown in the operator’s confirmation, before you pay.

5. Passengers and baggage

Each passenger needs a valid passport or identity document and any visa or health document required by the destination. Baggage is limited by the aircraft’s hold; tell us about large items (skis, golf bags) and pets when you book. The captain and the operator have the final word on safety, weather and boarding.

6. Changes and cancellation by you

Changes and cancellations after confirmation follow the operator’s conditions, given in its confirmation. Because empty legs are sold close to departure, they are often non-refundable once confirmed: please check before you pay.

7. Liability

Valuaireflyprivate acts as an intermediary. The operator is responsible for performing the flight, under its Air Operator Certificate and the applicable rules, including international conventions on air carrier liability (such as the Montreal Convention) where they apply. Valuaireflyprivate is responsible for passing on your request accurately and for the information it publishes.

8. Price alerts

You can save a route to be told when a matching empty leg appears. Alerts are free and you can stop them at any time by replying “stop” or writing to contact@valuaireflyprivate.com.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies is the one online on the day you send your request.
